"I've never tasted honey like this!" And here's the secret:

We age our G.R. Honey over the seasons keeping them reserved in a cellar partially exposed to the unique rhythm of Orchard Park's seasons. The repeated cycles of warm and cold naturally create the unique thick and creamy Rhinegold Grand Reserve Honey: the harsh, cold winters crystallize our honey into dense blocks and the summertime heat warms the honey and loosens the crystalline structure.

We bottle the honey after the first frost of Fall when the honey is just beginning to thicken again and the crystalline structure is still soft. Before we bottle the honey, we prepare it by folding and rolling the thick honey in a dough mixer. For 3 days, 3 times a day we mix the honey very slowly for 30 seconds each time. Th end result is the creamy, buttery honey that is our sprcial Rhinegold Grand Reserve Honey.
